• Parent / Guardian details: name, phone number, email, and address.
• Emergency contact: name and phone number.
• Health information: allergies or medical conditions shared voluntarily for your child's safety.
• Payment records: transaction history via Whish Money or other accepted methods. We do not store card or account numbers.
• Website data: browser type and pages visited, for analytics only.

Your information is used to manage enrollments, communicate with families, ensure student safety, process payments, and improve our programs. We will never sell or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.

We may photograph or film students during programs and summer camp for educational and promotional use (website, social media, print). By enrolling, you grant this permission. If you prefer your child not to appear in shared media, please notify us in writing at any time.

We take reasonable steps to protect your information from unauthorized access. Student records are retained for at least 3 years; payment records for at least 5 years, as required by law. You may request access, correction, or deletion of your data by contacting us directly.

All student data is provided and managed by a parent or legal guardian. We do not knowingly collect information directly from children under 13 without verified parental consent.
