Terms of Use

These Terms of Use govern enrollment in and use of all programs, summer camp, and services offered by Liaison Center (Ballouneh, Lebanon). By enrolling your child, you — as the parent or legal guardian — agree to these Terms in full. Please read them carefully before proceeding.
1. Enrollment
Enrollment is confirmed only upon receipt of a completed registration form and full payment of applicable fees. Liaison Center reserves the right to accept or decline any application at its discretion. Parents are responsible for providing accurate information, including emergency contacts and any health conditions relevant to their child's participation.
2. Fees & Payment
All fees are due in full at the time of enrollment. Accepted payment methods include cash and Whish Money digital transfer via our official QR code. Liaison Center is not responsible for payments made to unauthorized accounts.
Non-Refundable Payment Policy
All fees are strictly non-refundable once enrollment is confirmed, regardless of the reason — including illness, relocation, or schedule changes. In exceptional circumstances (e.g., a documented medical emergency), management may offer a partial credit toward a future session at its sole discretion.
3. Attendance
Regular attendance is essential to your child's progress. Please notify us in advance of any planned absences. Students must be picked up on time at the end of each session. Repeated unexcused absences may result in forfeiture of the student's place without refund.
4. Code of Conduct
Liaison Center is committed to a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment. All students are expected to treat peers, staff, and facilities with courtesy and care at all times.
The following are strictly prohibited:
- Bullying in any form — physical, verbal, emotional, or online.
- Harassment or intimidation of any student or staff member.
- Physical aggression — fighting, hitting, or threatening behavior.
- Disrespectful or offensive language toward anyone at the center.
- Vandalism or damage to the center's property or others' belongings.
- Academic dishonesty — cheating, copying, or plagiarism.
Disciplinary Action
Violations may result in a formal warning, temporary suspension, or permanent removal from the program without refund. Management holds the final decision in all disciplinary matters. We ask parents to reinforce these values at home.
5. Health & Safety
Please inform us of any allergies, medical conditions, or medications before enrollment. Students who are unwell must not attend until fully recovered. In a medical emergency, we will contact you immediately and, if necessary, call emergency services. By enrolling, you authorize us to seek emergency care on your child's behalf if you cannot be reached.
6. Summer Camp
All general Terms apply to summer camp, with these additions:
- Schedules and activities may change due to weather, safety, or operational needs.
- Liaison Center is not liable for loss of or damage to personal belongings.
- Off-site trips require a signed parental consent form on file.
- Camp fees are non-refundable once the session has commenced.
7. Intellectual Property & Liability
All educational materials produced by Liaison Center are our intellectual property and may not be reproduced without written consent. Liaison Center is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from program participation, except in cases of gross negligence by our staff.
8. Amendments & Governing Law
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be communicated to enrolled families and posted on this page. Continued enrollment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lebanon.
